John Boyle, principal and Rick Fahey, principal at Trammell Crow Co. represented Centra, while property owner Boston Properties was represented in house by Stacey Baker, vice president. The park is located at the interchange of Route 128 and Route 4. It consists of two first-class office buildings at 420 and 430 Bedford St., totaling approximately 160,000 sf.
"Centra's headquarters verifies Lexington Office Park as an extremely efficient place to do business and an ideal location for drawing top tech talent," says Bryan Koop, senior vice president and regional manager of Boston Properties. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $21 per sf.
