Centra Software Takes 53,000 SF for HQ

LEXINGTON, MA-Centra Software signed 53,000-sf lease at 430 Bedford St. in Lexington Office Park. The company, which develops online business collaboration solutions, will use the space as its corporate headquarters.

John Boyle, principal and Rick Fahey, principal at Trammell Crow Co. represented Centra, while property owner Boston Properties was represented in house by Stacey Baker, vice president. The park is located at the interchange of Route 128 and Route 4. It consists of two first-class office buildings at 420 and 430 Bedford St., totaling approximately 160,000 sf.
