In one deal, Proneo Inc. purchased the 4,000-sf Grinders Hot Oven Grill restaurant from Tony Bova of MOB Inc. for $285,000. The price represents $71.25 per sf. Athan Prakas, president/broker of the Prakas Group Inc. represented Proneo as well as Tony Bova of MOB. The restaurant is located at 1198 N. Dixie Highway.

In the other deal, Long Boca LLC purchased the Intermezzo Café, a 2,900-sf restaurant, from Boli Inc. for $125,000, or about $43.10 a sf. The building is located at the Royal Palm Plaza at 114 Mizner Blvd. Prakas represented Long Boca LLC and Boli in the sale. The buyer plans to relocate from England to this site, which will be its first restaurant in the US. It is being renamed Ezio's.
