Consulting Firm Relocates from DC to the Hartford

ARLINGTON, VA-Communications consulting firm Greener & Hook has decided to leave the Nation’s Capital for the cozy and strategically located confines of the Hartford Building, a new 212,000-sf office structure that also sports premier ground-level retail space. The company, which relied on Spaulding & Slye Colliers for representation in the transaction, signed a five-year lease for 4,400 sf of space with property owner Akridge.

Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. kridkge’s Shannon Small tells GlobeSt.com that office space at the Hartford is marketed for $32.50 to $35 per sf.
