Dudnyk Renews for 38,500 SF at Commonwealth Center

HORSHAM, PA-A tenant here since 1989, the advertising and marketing firm recommits to space in the 110,000-sf, class A building at 100 Tournament Dr. Terms are undisclosed. Asking rates in this submarket approach $22 per sf.

HORSHAM, PA-Dudnyk Enterprises renewed its lease for 38,500 sf at 100 Tournament Dr. in Commonwealth Corporate Center. The locally based advertising agency and marketing firm is an original tenant in the three-story, 110,000-sf, class A building, which was completed in 1989.

Terms of the lease are undisclosed. The average asking rental rate for class A office facilities in the Horsham/Willow Grove submarket is $21.94 per sf, according to a second-quarter 2004 report from the Philadelphia office of CB Richard Ellis.
