The Atrium at Southpointe recently underwent extensive renovations recently to its common areas and exterior. The lease is worth approximately $19.05 per sf.

David Steinfeld of Holly Real Estate represented Prosodie Interactive in the transaction, and Ken Morris of Morris Southeast Group/Corfac represented the property owner, Atrium Holdings LLC.

"Prosodie needed a larger space to accommodate its operational growth," Steinfeld says in a statement. The company, which relocated its South Florida operations, has several locations nationwide.

"This is a significant deal for West Broward and shows that the market is recovering," according to Morris. "This is the first new tenant that has signed on at the property since it has been repositioned. Prosodie is a great national credit tenant, which is listed on the European stock exchange, and the caliber of tenant we'd like to continue to attract."

Prosodie Interactive is a technology services application solutions provider that offers businesses interactive voice, Web and data solutions, and analytic reporting solutions.
