Specific terms of Gold's lease agreement with H&R Retail, the firm that handles leasing at the property, have not been released; however, H&R's Susan B. Anderson tells GlobeSt.com that small space has been going for somewhere in the mid-$20 per sf range. The deal allows Gold's to relocate from its present Frederick facility on Gallows Road.

Evergreen Square occupies a spot in the center of the Frederick retail corridor at the intersection of Guilford Drive and Route 85. The 14-year-old property boasts a varied list of tenants that includes a dental office, Subway and Wells Fargo. A grocery store is lined up to occupy the remaining 18,000 sf of the anchor space.
