"For the past 16 years, the Beltway West headquarters has served us well, but our steady growth requires we occupy more space," explains MIE president and CEO Edward A. St. John.

Windsor Corporate Park, which MIE began developing six years ago, sits on an 82-acre parcel near the intersection of I-695 and I-70. The new headquarters facility will be MIE's tenth building in the park and marks the end of the company's construction activity in the compound. That does not mean that other structures will not rise up on the site; MIE has sold several parcels to organizations that will build their own facilities, such as the FBI, which is developing a 165,000-sf field office on the 10.5 acres it purchased.
