Intersite Corp. Launches $100M Resort Project

MONT-TREMBLANT, QUEBEC-The private developer is developing the third and largest phase of its residential development at the top of Mont-Plaisant that will be operated under the banner of the Wyndham hotel chain. The resort is located one-and-a-half hours from Montreal.

MONT-TREMBLANT, QUEBEC-Intersite Corp., developer of the $150-million Cap Tremblant project atop Mont-Plaisant, is preparing to launch its third and largest phase of development. The $100-million, 240-unit phase will complete an 800-room resort that is being operated under the banner of the Wyndham hotel chain.

To be called Wyndham Cap Tremblant Mountain Resort, it is the Wyndham brand’s first property in the province of Quebec, and second Canadian property. Intersite, founded in 1998, is equally owned by the two founding shareholders, Guymond Fortin, president and CEO, and Louis-Philippe Dupuis, chairman and COO. Wyndham describes its relationship with Intersite and Cap Tremblant as a long-term franchise agreement.
