Don Campbell, executive vice president and Tyson Dion, assistant vice president of RM Bradley, represented property owner, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. Mark Bailey of Trammell Crow Co. represented the university. With the completion of this deal, in the last three months Cornerstone has leased up more than 60,000 sf in the building. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is approximately $19 per sf.

The 158,000-sf, six story building was designed by Add Inc. of Cambridge, and features an 85-foot atrium and a recently renovated lobby finished in granite and mahogany. The property still has about 60,000 sf available.
