BOSTON-Quinn & Morris, a local law firm, signed a five-year extension on its 10,946-sf lease at 141 Tremont St. The first-class, 13-story, 60,000-sf office building is located in the city’s financial district. It is nearly fully leased with about 5,400 sf available. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but space in the building goes for approximately $25 per sf.

Meredith & Grew vice president John Butterworth represented the tenant, while Bill Bush of the Flatley Co. represented the property owner in house. According to Trammel Crow Co.’s most recent statistics, the overall availability rate for office space in the area is at nearly 18%. As of this past April, the absorption was a negative 127,000 sf.
