Six Ink Deals at Quorum Business Center

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Six companies recently inked 40,773 sf in deals at the 410,000-sf, mixed-use business center here. Factory Authorized Medical Scope Repair Inc. signed the largest lease of 18,119 sf.

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Several tenants have signed leases totaling 40,773 sf recently at Quorum Business Center here, with Factory Authorized Medical Scope Repair Inc.’s taking the most space at 18,199 sf in a five-year relocation deal.The values of the leases were not disclosed; however, based on recent market reports, the deals are estimated to be worth at least $2.3 million combined. Quorum Business Center, located on the northeast corner of Southwest 10th Street and South Military Trail, consists of 410,000 sf of office and industrial space in six buildings.The other recently signed leases at Quorum include Tango Imports Inc., 9,655 sf for three years; Xspedius Fiber Group Inc., 2,304 sf for four years; Kathleen Exercise & Dance Inc., 1,843 sf for five years; Ataxia Telangiectasia Children’s Project Inc., 3,080-sf renewal for five years; and Krane Products Inc., 5,772-sf renewal and expansion for 63 months. Trammell Crow Co. senior associate Adam C. Starr represented the property owner, Pacific Asset Corp., in the deals. Trammell Crow oversees project leasing and management for Quorum Business Center.
