103,000-SF Medical Office Sells for Nearly $10M

FRAMINGHAM, MA-The Koffler Group sold a medical office building at One Clarks Hill to Clark Hill Corporate Center LLC for $9.5 million. The property consists of a three-story, 103,000-sf class A office building situated on 28 acres.

Chris Devaux, vice president of Parsons Commercial Group, represented the Koffler Group and procured the buyer. The additional property has potential for possible future development. The building has 31,000 sf available which Parsons will market. Among the building’s current tenants are Lifeline Systems, Tenet Healthcare/Metrowest Medical and American Income Life Insurance.
