Grovenor House Launches Sales

COCONUT GROVE, FL-Grovenor House, a 32-story, ultra-luxury condominium tower planned for here, has launched sales through its newly opened on-site center.Grovenor House will consist of 151 estate-sized residences, ranging from 1,600 sf to 7,000 sf, with views of Biscayne Bay. The units range in price from $1.5 million to $5 million. Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales agency for the project, which CMC Group is developing.The two-story penthouse will feature a private pool. Other amenities will include Grovenor Link, a wireless touch-pad concierge, a private clubroom overlooking a pool deck and cabanas, and a fitness center. The project has a planned completion of spring 2006.In the European-style center, located at 2627 S. Bayshore Dr., buyers can preview the building scale model, as well as kitchen and bath models, and see a presentation about the floor plans and amenities.
