Xerox Takes 25,000 SF for Sales and Support

WALTHAM, MA-Xerox Corp. moves its sales and support location to 25,176 sf at 610 Lincoln St. in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. The company is moving from its current location at 235 Wyman St.

WALTHAM, MA-Xerox Corp. is moving its sales and support location to 610 Lincoln St. in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. The company, which is relocating from its current location at 235 Wyman St., signed a lease for 25,176 sf of space.

Michael Frisoli, Jonathan Varholak and Ron Friedman of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Xerox, while property owner Hobbs Brook Management LLC was represented by Charles Batchelder of Wyman Street Advisors. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space here is approximately $22 per sf.
