The project will take up the block between Main Street and Second Street and will extend from the corner of Mulberry Street to the Isaac Staple Mill building complex. Stillwater Mills will feature 98 luxury lofts ranging from $260,000 to $880,000, retail businesses on the street level, a fully landscaped private plaza, an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub and fireplace, a billiards room, underground parking, a car-wash bay, a fitness room, a theater room and two guest suites available for rent for residents' visitors.

Almost half of the Stillwater Mills on Main units have been sold. Construction is expected to start in November and the units will be available late next year or early 2006.

The general contractor on the project is Weis Builders, while the architect is DJR Architecture, the land developer is 4Star Land Development, and real estate services are provided by HomStar USA.
