Miami Riverhouse will have two towers with 199 residential condo units, 12,900 sf of office space and 5,000 sf of retail space, slightly less than the originally planned 8,856 sf of retail space.

Burstyn acquired his first condo conversion project in 1996, and has since owned many other properties. He also manages hotels, apartments, condo conversions and other real estate projects, and has experience in mortgage financing.

Planned amenities at Miami Riverhouse, located at 1170 N.W. 11th St., include a pool, a Jacuzzi, a fitness and aerobics center, and a meditation garden. The one- and two-bedroom units and one-story flats are priced from the $200,000s.
