Two Freedom Square occupies a prime spot at Reston Town Center, the 1.2 million-sf mixed-use development just outside of Washington Dulles International Airport. Titan signed the lease for the space last year; a move that is now allowing the company to consolidate five of its area offices under one roof.

Specific terms of Titan's occupancy at the five-year-old Boston Properties-owned office facility are unavailable; however, class A office space in Reston goes for an average of $24.25 per sf, according to Advantis Real Estate Services Co.'s Mid-Year 2004 Office Market Report.
