CBRE also procured the buyer, while Carl A. Valeri, president and COO of the firm, negotiated the sale on behalf of Hamilton. Since 2000, the CB Richard Ellis/Northeast Multi-Housing Team has completed multifamily sales in excess of $695 million, totaling over 8,000 units throughout the Northeast.

The residential community contains a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with an average unit size of 842 sf. Rents range from $1,150 for a studio to $1,625 for a two bedroom. The community features a leasing center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, central laundry rooms, garage and surface parking. The property is located close to the Watertown Square area approximately six miles west of Downtown Boston, near the Massachusetts Turnpike.
