The 36,478-sf building was built in 1972 and renovated three years ago. The property is located on Route 9 near Routes 290 and 495 and is 35 miles from Downtown Boston. The building is fully leased to tenants in the financial, real estate and medical industries and has been the corporate headquarters of RW Granger & Sons for the past 20 years.

Waltham-based Eastport Real Estate owns property throughout Greater Boston and leases and sells property for its third party clients. Q10 New England Realty is a mortgage banking firm.
