Morgan Brown & Joy Relocates HQ

BOSTON-Morgan Brown & Joy LLP signs a long-term lease for 17,630 sf in Marketplace Center at 200 State St. The labor and employment law firm is relocating its corporate headquarters from One Boston Place to the 310,396-sf building.

BOSTON-Morgan Brown & Joy LLP signed on for 17,630 sf in Marketplace Center at 200 State St. The labor and employment law firm signed a long-term lease that will enable it to move its corporate headquarters from One Boston Place.

The building, located in the financial district, is situated adjacent to Faneuil Hall Marketplace and the area that will become the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The 310,396-sf building is nearly 70% leased with about 116,000 sf of space available. Among its current tenants are Wellington Management Co., the Parthenon Group and Grubb & Ellis Co.
