The 175,423-sf first-class, four-story office building is located in the Burlington Business Center. The facility is one of two office buildings that comprise the park, which was developed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in the mid 1980s. The property is located on Route 128/Interstate 95 with access to Routes 93 and 90, about 20 minutes from Downtown Boston.
Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is at approximately $19 per sf. Meredith & Grew vice president John Butterworth and associate Matt Adams represented Manhattan Associates, while Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis, represented property owner Invesco.
