Manhattan Associates Takes 16,422 SF in Business Center

BURLINGTON, MA-Manhattan Associates relocates its regional office from 23 Third Ave. to 67 South Bedford St. The company, which provides supply chain execution and optimization solutions, is leasing 16,422 sf in its new location.

The 175,423-sf first-class, four-story office building is located in the Burlington Business Center. The facility is one of two office buildings that comprise the park, which was developed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in the mid 1980s. The property is located on Route 128/Interstate 95 with access to Routes 93 and 90, about 20 minutes from Downtown Boston.
