Ken McQueen with Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com that the company is searching for land in Chandler, where it wants to build a 40,000-sf to 50,000-sf headquarters building. "The principals want to own because they've been renters for 19 years," he says.

In the interim, the new office is part of a six-story, class A building at 1620 W. Fountainhead Parkway. The firm also maintains 15,000 sf at 3225 S. Hardy Dr., a class B building about one mile from the new office.

"This is the next phase of growth for the company," McQueen says. "They were looking for a marquee-type facility because they sell to high-end clients." MediServe Information Systems has 75 employees in the Valley, of which 35 will be housed in the Fountainhead Parkway office.

McQueen represented the tenant along with Andy Ogan. Dave Seeger, Karsten Peterson and Mark Gustin, all with TCC's Phoenix team, negotiated for the building owner AmberJack Ltd., an investment arm of State Farm Insurance Co.
