Medical Billing Firm Leases Temporary Office

TEMPE, AZ-A medical billing software company, signing a two-year lease, expands by 7,691 sf into a second location to upgrade its image. The company, MediServe Information Systems, hopes to build its own facility in Chandler.

TEMPE, AZ-MediServe Information Systems, a medical billing software company, has leased 7,691 sf in Park Garden at Fountainhead Corporate Park. The firm signed a 24-month lease with a $303,000 payout over the term.

Ken McQueen with Trammell Crow Co.’s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com that the company is searching for land in Chandler, where it wants to build a 40,000-sf to 50,000-sf headquarters building. “The principals want to own because they’ve been renters for 19 years,” he says.

In the interim, the new office is part of a six-story, class A building at 1620 W. Fountainhead Parkway. The firm also maintains 15,000 sf at 3225 S. Hardy Dr., a class B building about one mile from the new office.
