According to Fairfax County records, the 17-year-old property has a current assessed value of $11 million. Its premium location and solid tenant base likely went a long way in determining the purchase price. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler helped broker the deal.

Situated off Worldgate Drive near the Washington Dulles Intentional Airport, 205 Van Buren features such prime amenities as a fitness center and a parking facility capable of accommodating about 470 vehicles. Raytheon is the largest occupant in the building with 40% of the total leasable space.
