Staubach Cos. previously had the leasing assignment for the facility, which Upton's formerly occupied. Located at 15600 N.W. 15th Ave., the center's name changed about a year ago from Upton's Distribution Center.

"Our plan is to lease it ASAP," says Wayne Schuchts, one of the brokers who will market the property. Schuchts, first vice president; Harry Tangalakis, senior vice president; and associates Jolie Spergel and Chris Galgano, all with CBRE, will oversee the property's leasing and marketing. Schuchts says they would lease the facility to either a single tenant or multiple tenants, and says they do have some prospects for the space.

Bristol Distribution Center, which Bristol Group bought in January 2003 then renovated, is located within the seven-million-sf Sunshine State Industrial Park. The building's warehouse area totals about 172,000 sf and has 28 doors. In addition, a 31,000-sf space adjacent to the warehouse is build-to-suit space for office, manufacturing, assembly or showroom usage.
