Colliers Turley Hires Two Industry Veterans

MINNEAPOLIS, MN-Gina Dingman, hired from Griffin Cos., becomes vice president of investment services. Al Leirness, from Integra, signs on as vice president of appraisal.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN-Gina Dingman and Al Leirness were recently hired by for the office here of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. Dingman will be vice president of investment services, and will be focused on providing multifamily, retail and redevelopment services.

Dingman, who began her career in Illinois, has 12 years of commercial real estate experience including the sale last year of the Pillsbury A-Mill sale to Schafer Richardson. She comes from Griffin Cos. in Minneapolis, where she has been vice president of investments for three years. Before that, she worked for Cardwell Cos.’ commercial real estate division.
