Hirshland points out that this transaction marks RSA's final sublease deal in its effort to consolidate its Bedford property and lease up this space. The property was formerly the headquarters location for RSA.

Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is approximately $18 per sf. Sublease deals tend to command a lower than average rate.
