Simon J. Butler, vice president/partner and Biria St. John, vice president of the CB Richard Ellis/Northeast Multi-Housing Team represented Minuteman Associates in the transaction. CB Richard Ellis also procured the buyer and Carl A. Valeri, president and COO negotiated the sale on behalf of Hamilton. Andrew Sucoff, Esq., a partner at Goodwin Procter, provided legal counsel to the seller.

The residential community was built in 1976 and consists of four three-story garden-style apartment buildings. The units contain a mix of one-and two-bedroom/two-bath units with an average unit size of 1,174 sf. The property is located near Route 2 and Route 128.

Last week, Allston-based Hamilton acquired the 280-unit Whitney on Main Apartments in Watertown from AEW Capital Management for $56 million. The company currently owns and manages more than 4,000 units and nearly three million sf of commercial property in and throughout Greater Boston.
