The Minneapolis office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker won the assignment from Jostens, a leading provider of yearbooks, affiliation jewelry, graduation products and photography.

The property is under consideration to be designated as a Jobs Opportunity Business Zone, says Christopher Pendroy, senior brokerage associate for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. Such a designation would provide tax-free benefits to qualifying companies and serve as an important incentive to attract manufacturers to the property.

Pendroy and Jeff Patterson, director of corporate real estate services at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, will work on finding a buyer. Patterson says the Red Wing facility is "very competitively priced" and is located in the area's "premiere industrial park."
