Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf. Sublease deals tend to command a lower than average rate.
The Maguire Group is relocating from 225 Foxborough Blvd. where it had been located for the past 15 years. 33 Commercial St. consists of two, two-story office buildings comprised of a total of 165,000 sf.
