Window Company Closes $2M Lease

TEMPE, AZ-Pegasus Window Corp. exercises expansion rights after spending just one year at 550 W. Southern Ave. Talks rework the pact, add 35,100 sf for a total of 131,500 sf and deliver a six-year term with a $2.2-million payout.

TEMPE, AZ-Pegasus Window Corp. has leased an additional 35,100 sf of industrial space at 550 W. Southern Ave. in a six-year deal with a $2.2-million payout. The locally based window and door manufacturer now occupies 131,100 sf.

“Pegasus needed to expand because they’re selling a lot of windows and doors,” Pat Harlan of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. who represented the tenant. “It’s because of the new home construction frenzy.”
