Studley represented the firm, while Advantis stood in for the property owner Federal Capital Partners. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, but Advantis markets space in the class B office facility for $22.50 to $34 per sf.

"Garvey Schubert & Barer had been in their location for 20 years and wanted to maintain its presence in the Flour Mill Building, but the firm's current space configuration and the general building quality needed improvement," says Studley vice chairman Lois Zambo. "Studley worked to not only accommodate the new space needs of the firm but also receive extensive base building upgrades." Studley tells GlobeSt.com that the new lease will be for a 10-year period, beginning in 2005; the previous agreement would have expired in 2006.
