George Jackson, president and chief executive officer of the DetroitEconomic Growth Corp., will discuss the redevelopment projects taking place in the CBD, followed by a tour of the Kales Building, Detroit's newest multifamily high-rise. Participants will then make their way over to the Winter Garden at Renaissance Center for a taste of two new downtown restaurants, Coach Insignia and Seldom Blues.
The evening will begin and conclude at the Detroit Athletic Club. Cost is $60 for ULI members; $75 for non-members; $45 for public officials and $30 for students. Reservations are limited.
