Built 21 years ago on a 16-acre parcel of land near the intersection of Merritt Blvd. and German Hill Rd., Dundalk Plaza is an 85% occupied grocery-anchored retail center that is home to the likes of Sav-A-Lot Supermarket, Ollie's Bargain Basement and AJ Wright.

"Grocery-anchored shopping centers continue to be the most sought-after retail product in the investment community, and we generated a great deal of buyer interest in Dundalk Plaza," says KLNB Retail's Mark Mueller, who worked on the deal with colleague Kevin Barrett. "This center has little direct competition in the immediate marketplace, features long-term and healthy tenants that have generated a loyal consumer following and is in peak physical condition due to an excellent maintenance history."
