The building is being constructed on the site of a parking lot at Madison and Interstate 375. When completed, the class A complex will be five stories. PricewaterhouseCoopers will occupy the lower four floors, taking up 92,000 sf of the 115,000-sf building. The top floor will be offered for lease to a single or multiple tenants.

PricewaterhouseCoopers says about 400 of its employees will be located at the new office building. PricewaterhouseCoopers will be consolidating employees from its existing Bloomfield Hills and Detroit CBD locations.

Southfield-based Rossetti Associates Architects designed the structure; Turner Construction is the general contractor.
