Argosy University Picks United to Manage New Campus

EAGAN, MN-Argosy University/Twin Cities has chosen United Properties‚ Corporate Real Estate Services to provide facility management services at the school’s new 85,000-sf complex and surrounding campus here. United Properties will manage and provide engineering and maintenance services for Argosy University’s entire campus, including buildings, grounds and parking facilities, plus engineering and maintenance. Greg Ault, United Properties facility manager, will lead the assignment.

United Properties began working with Argosy University in June 2003, when it was selected to manage the school’s move from its former Bloomington campus to its new, custom-built facility at Yankee Doodle and Pilot Knob Roads. The move was directed by Becky Schenk, United Properties project manager, and completed in August in time for the school to open in early September.
