The space is located at the 230,000-sf Boynton Trail Centre, at the northeast corner of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Military Trail. The shopping center is across the street from the 90,000-sf Bealls Department Store that recently opened in space formerly occupied by Kmart.
Gary Broidis, a principal in Boca Raton, FL-based Atlantic Commercial Group Inc., represented the property owner, Sunset Centres of South Florida LLC, in the transaction. Other tenants at Boynton Trail Centre include Winn-Dixie Marketplace, an Eckerd drug store and Radio Shack. The property is 94% leased with other pending lease deals poised to raise the occupancy to 100% in the near future.
