The parties involved are keeping mum on the monetary value of the deal and details of the transaction have yet to make it to public record. However, according to Baltimore County records, the property has a current assessed value in the neighborhood of $25.2 million.

Designed and constructed late last year by Opus East LLC, 940 Ridgebrook sits in the Hunt Valley submarket on a 22.5-acre parcel off I-83 and only minutes from Downtown Baltimore. The new owner can depend on instant and long-term revenue through leasing, as the three-story, class A office structure is fully occupied by PPH Vehicle Management Services LLC under a lease that is not scheduled to expire until the end of February 2014. The building was developed specifically for PPH, which moved its headquarters to the new locale early this year.
