Closet World Expands With 40,549-SF Sublease

CHANDLER, AZ-Closet World crafts a 40-month sublease for industrial space at 2805 W. Frye Rd. with Art Wholesalers, now in the midst of a consolidation. Closet World adds 31,549 sf with a move from Scottsdale.

CHANDLER, AZ-Closet World has subleased 40,549 sf at 2805 W. Frye Rd. from Art Wholesalers. The 40-month industrial deal has a payout of $765,000.

Closet World is expanding from 9,000 sf at 14982 N. 83rd Place in Scottsdale. The company will manufacture and distribute closet organizers from the new location, near the Price Freeway and Chandler Boulevard.

“This is a gargantuan expansion,” says Mike Parker of Colliers International in Phoenix. “Closet World is really ramping up in the Valley because of the home building going on.” He represented Art Wholesalers in the transaction along with Colliers’ Paul Sieczkowski and Rob Martensen. Now, Art Wholesalers is free to consolidate its Arizona and Illinois manufacturing operations into a single 125,000-sf facility at 6607 W. Boston St. in Chandler.
