The property is one of five pads on a 12-acre parcel of land that houses the Sawgrass Bowling Center and Lester's Restaurant. The day-care center is scheduled to be developed next year on the third pad. Nodal Engineering plans to occupy the fourth pad, and a two-story office building slated for the fifth pad is in the site plan approval stage.
