SUNRISE, FL-Construction 1 Ltd. has purchased an approximately 1.5-acre outparcel of land here to develop a day-care center. Construction 1, which paid $400,000 to Sawgrass Joint Venture for the land, is developing the 134-child day-care center for Goddard Schools. The property is located at the entrance to Sawgrass International Corporate Park, at the corner of Northwest 12th Street and Northwest 136th Avenue.

Bert Freehof, a senior associate with Brenner Real Estate Group of Fort Lauderdale, represented Sawgrass. Arnold Fishman of NAI Merin Hunter Codman Inc. represented Construction 1 Ltd.
