Achievement Tech Takes 9,500 SF in Newton Corner

NEWTON, MA-Achievement Technologies leases 9,518 sf at 313 Washington St. The company, a provider of educational material and training for schools and companies, took space on the second floor of the building, which is owned by Paradigm Properties, for five years.

NEWTON, MA-Achievement Technologies signed on for 9,518 sf at 313 Washington St. The company, a provider of educational material and training for schools and companies, leased the space on the second floor of the property for five years.

Dan Krysiak of McFarland & Finch represented property owner Paradigm Properties, while Ron Friedman of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Achievement. The 85,788-sf, four-story office and retail property is located seven miles west of Boston in Newton Corner. The building was constructed in 1925 and renovated in 1986 and again in 1998.
