"With the Sunrise-through-Miramar submarket attracting names including Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, BellSouth and Lucent Technologies, demand for class A office space continues to build," Stiles Corp. president Doug Eagon says in a statement. "This area offers an excellent labor pool, with a 2.9 million population within a 20-mile radius."
Architecture 6400 Inc., a Stiles division, is designing the building. Stiles Construction Co. is the general contractor and Stiles Realty will handle its leasing.
Tenants at the 612-acre Sawgrass International Corporate Park, launched in 1987, include Sears, McArthur Dairy, Nortel, Owens & Minor, Foundation Health, Allstate, Outboard Marine Corp. and Honeywell.
