CBRE senior vice president Randy Olen and first vice president Sim Wilson are overseeing the leasing and marketing of the property at 2911 Grand Ave. Joann Soman of CBRE will head the asset services team that will manage the property.

"We have engaged a plan to re-brand and re-introduce the building to the marketplace, enhance the level of service and consumer marketing strategy and ultimately improve the value of Mayfair in the Grove for the tenants, the community and the ownership," Wilson says in a statement.

Mayfair in the Grove, formerly the Streets of Mayfair, is converting two upper floors of retail space into office space, spending more than $6 million on renovations. Shops, restaurants and clubs are relocating to the street level. The project, bounded by Grand Avenue, Florida Avenue and Mary Street, consists of about 120,000 sf of new office space and 120,000 sf of retail space. The building is currently 52% leased and tenants include the Limited, Banana Republic and Crispin Porter & Bogusky, which has 42,000 sf.

Continental Real Estate Cos. of Miami was providing construction supervision, management and leasing for the project, which is owned by Amerishop Mayfair LP.
