BALTIMORE- MetLife Inc. will consolidate two offices in the neighboring cities of Linthicum and White Marsh into a 20,000-sf space at Brewers Hill, a $100 million, 750,000-sf mixed-use development. The site is currently being constructed from two former breweries in the Canton area of Downtown and will ultimately include office, retail, and residential offerings among several structures.

Terms of the insurance and financial services company’s lease agreement have not been disclosed; however, Doug Schmidt of CB Richard Ellis, which represents Brewers Hill developers Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse and Obrecht Commercial Real Estate, tells GlobeSt.com that space is being marketed in the low $20 range. Grubb & Ellis stood in for MetLife in the transaction.
