One Metro Center sits atop a Hecht's Department store at the city's well-traveled Metro Center station. The building rises 12-stories high, including the Hecht's building beneath it, with the office space beginning on the seventh floor. APC will make its home on the seventh and eighth floors of the structure. "APCO's decision to move will allow the company to experience uninhibited growth opportunities," says Studley vice chairman Lois Zambo.
