BOSTON-Exhale Enterprises Inc. signed on for 12,931 sf of retail space in the Heritage on the Garden at 28 Arlington St. Exhale, which offers mind-body fitness classes, therapeutic spa therapies, and a manicure and pedicure bar, opened its first stores in New York City on Madison Avenue and Central Park South in September 2003 and January 2004, respectively.

Paul Stanislas and Stephen Cook, both vice presidents, along with Christopher Rogers, senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis, represented Exhale. Emily Ou, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, represented property owner, the Druker Co.

Heritage on the Garden is a mixed-use development combining high-end residential, retail and office space overlooking the Boston Public Garden. The building is located between the financial district and the Back Bay near the Prudential Center, the State House and Government Center. The building features two underground parking levels and a two-story granite lobby.
