CompHealth Will Relocate to NordenPark Complex

NORWALK, CT-CompHealth, a healthcare recruiting and staffing services firm, leased 19,525 sf for seven years on the second floor at the NordenPark complex here. In total, Cushman & Wakefield brokered three lease deals for 42,293 sf of space at the site.

Trip Hoffman, director, and Jodie Dostal, associate director, of Cushman & Wakefield and exclusive leasing agents at NordenPark, represented the building ownership, Norden Park LLC, a partnership of Greenfield Partners, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and Summit Development. CompHealth, represented by Dean Shapiro and Larry Rieder of CB Richard Ellis, will relocate from 25 Van Zandt in Norwalk.

In addition, Norden Systems expanded its presence at the property to 405,000 sf of space by leasing 16,000 sf on the lower level of the building. The third lease transaction was with Mreal, a paper supplier, which leased 6,293 sf in a seven-year deal for a new paper showroom and test center on the lower level of the building. The company, headquartered at 30 Merritt 7 in Norwalk, will relocate its distribution site from Wayne, NJ. John Zervos of DVB Commercial Realty represented Mreal.
